Deirdre is a PhD student in the Tri-Institutional program in Computational Biology and Medicine. She is interested in functional genomics technology development for the discovery of genetic drivers of disease. Deirdre graduated from Cornell University in 2018 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. After graduating, she moved to San Francisco and joined insitro as their first associate scientist. Outside of science, Deirdre enjoys film photography, podcasts, and reading.
